Cuddle Therapy FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
The short answer, no. There is more to Cuddle Therapy than cuddling it is about consensual touch and the benefits of it. Depending on what the client needs it can be: sitting in the same room without touching, sitting in close proximity shoulder-to-shoulder, hand holding, lying next to each other, lying next to each other holding hands, cuddling, little spoon or big spoon, head on chest, hand on shoulder – this is to name but a few positions. It depends on the comfort level of the client and what their needs are. During the session, positions can be changed or the client can ask for the session to be stopped at any moment immediately they feel uncomfortable. The Cuddle Therapist will stop without question.

The session is all about the client and their needs.
Not to worry as this is a consensual session you can ask the therapist to stop at any moment during the session, it will be stopped without any questions. The session is about you and your needs.
